Valentines Breakfast: Chocolate French Toast
Broc was lovely enough to get me a box of my favorite chocolates - Lindor Milk Chocolate - for Valentines Day, so I thought I'd treat him with a decadent breakfast!

Chocolate French Toast for Two

4 Slices of White Bread
4 Lindor Milk Chocolates (or other chocolate), sliced or grated
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup Milk or Cream
Butter or oil for cooking
Icing Sugar for dusting

• Preheat frypan or flat grill
• Add eggs and milk to a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined
• Soak 2 slices of bread in egg mixture, until they have absorbed about half of it
• Coat pan with butter or oil (butter tastes best), and add the first slice to the pan
• Sprinkle half of the chocolate onto this slice, keeping about 1.5cm away from the edges, and cover with the other piece of bread
• Turn after a few minutes, once the eggy bread is crispy golden and repeat for other side
• Repeat these steps with the other two slices of bread, remaining egg mix and chocolate
• Serve sliced in half (into two large triangles), and dust with icing sugar. Add whipped cream if desired.

Note: If you're using a dark chocolate or you would like this recipe a little sweeter, add a teaspoon or two of pure icing sugar to the egg mix.
